Cuan Integrative Health was founded with one clear purpose: to make safe, personalized medical wellness care accessible to Louisville's Latino community — in Spanish, at home, without the barriers of insurance, long waits, or complicated systems.
We saw a gap between the care people need and the care they can actually reach. So we built a clinic that comes to them. Every visit, every injection, every IV is delivered by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who takes the time to truly understand each patient.
